At Atelier Particulier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
